Makita Australia is looking for a friendly, organised, and hands-on Service Assistant to join our VIC Service Centre team. If you enjoy variety in your workday, have great attention to detail, and thrive in a supportive environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Book tools into our system for repair and arrange dispatch
- Call customers with quotes or when repairs are ready
- Assist the workshop team with tool reworks, cleaning, and preparing parts
- Keep the service area running smoothly with a mix of admin and hands-on tasks

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in a similar role (customer service,



administration, workshop support & trade background)
- Excellent people skills and a genuine willingness to help
- Confident using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Clear, professional communication skills
