Performance Content Lead | ALLFENIX | Mentone, VIC

Join a fast-growing global activewear brand and help shape the next chapter of content at ALLFENIX. We are a Melbourne-born, Pilates-first activewear brand with big plans for what comes next. We believe in quality over quantity, creating timeless pieces worn and loved by a cult-like community.

We’re looking for a performance-led Content Lead to own our content from ideation and production through to editing, publishing and optimisation. You’ll lead our content creators and work closely with our campaign coordinators, making sure every asset drives revenue, improves ROAS and lowers CPA.

What you’ll do

- Lead paid creative from ideation to optimisation, tied directly to ROAS, CPA and revenue
- Own and scale our UGC strategy, directing short-form content for TikTok and Instagram
- Lead production of stills, video and graphics across product, lifestyle and event shoots, and keep our asset library campaign-ready
- Test, iterate and refine creative using data, staying ahead of trends and platform changes
- Build and grow our new creator program, setting the creative standard and owning approvals so only on-brand content goes live

Creative that consistently drives measurable commercial results, a strong share of our top-performing paid assets coming from this role, efficient high-volume production, and a creator program that’s active and growing.

About you

- 3+ years producing paid social creative that has scaled spend and delivered results
- Experience in fashion, beauty or product-led brands
- Strong grasp of performance metrics, from hooks and thumb-stop rates to CTR, CPA and ROAS
- Confident shooting, editing and delivering short-form content end to end, at pace
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Figma and qualified production gear
- Experience leading content creators or a small creative team
- Creator, UGC or ambassador program experience highly regarded, and TikTok Shop experience is a bonus
- You balance creative instinct with measurable impact, and you hold a high bar for both.
