Asset Manager | Global Real Estate Private Equity | Sydney

Roundtree Search is partnering with a leading global real estate private equity firm to appoint an Asset Manager to its Australian platform.

Reporting into the Head of Australia, the role will focus mainly on industrial development assets, taking them from early development all the way through to stabilisation and disposal. You'll work closely with the firm's joint venture partners, and their investment and development teams, to deliver business plans and drive value. The firm invests across all sectors, so there's real scope for the role to grow into other asset classes over time.

What you'll do

- Own business plans and budgets for industrial development assets from start to exit
- Manage relationships with multiple JV partners, including governance, reporting and alignment on strategy
- Oversee development programmes, capex and repositioning to unlock value
- Drive leasing strategy,



tenant engagement and income growth
- Prepare investment committee papers, hold/sell analysis and investor reporting
- Lead or support disposals, including marketing, due diligence and execution

What you'll bring

- Asset management experience, ideally across industrial or logistics development
- Exposure to other asset classes, particularly value-add strategies, is highly regarded
- Experience working with JV partners or in a multi-stakeholder ownership structure
- Robust financial modelling and analytical skills, with a commercial, value-add mindset
- A relevant degree in property, finance, commerce or similar
- Clear communication and the confidence to present to senior stakeholders
