Technical Leadership:

- Lead end-to-end Pega solution design, architecture and development activities.
- Drive technical architecture decisions aligned with enterprise standards.
- Review and approve application designs, integrations, and data models.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to guardrails and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams throughout the SDLC.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Prepare technical design documents, solution blueprints, and integration specifications.
- Design cloud-ready and API-driven architectures.
- Support application modernization and migration initiatives.

Pega Development:

- Design and implement Case Management solutions using Pega Platform.




- Configure case types, workflows, SLAs, routing, correspondence, and business rules.
- Develop reusable components, frameworks, and enterprise assets.
- Design and build integrations using REST, SOAP, MQ, JDBC, and external APIs.
- Implement background processing using Queue Processors, Job Schedulers, and Data Flows.
- Ensure compliance with Pega guardrails and enterprise standards.
- Perform design reviews, code reviews, and performance tuning activities.
- Drive automated deployment and CI/CD practices.

Support security, audit, and compliance requirements.
