Pascale Coade Projects (PCP) is an independent creative and marketing agency working across hospitality, food, beverage and lifestyle.

We're looking for an experienced Account & Content Manager to join our growing team in Fitzroy.

This is a hands-on role combining client management, social media, content production and agency operations. You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, coordinating creative projects and ensuring work moves seamlessly from planning through to delivery.

THE ROLE

- Manage day-to-day client relationships, communications and meetings.
- Develop and oversee monthly social media calendars and content plans.
- Coordinate content shoots, creative briefs, production schedules and deliverables.
- Manage social media scheduling, publishing, copywriting and approvals.
- Work closely with our Creative Director and wider team to deliver campaigns and content.
- Develop media pitches, coordinate outreach and follow-ups, and manage press materials.
- Research influencers, coordinate invitations and visits, and manage briefs, deliverables and campaign reporting.
- Oversee internal workflows, timelines and project management.
- Prepare performance reports, insights and recommendations.




- Contribute to campaign concepts, creative strategy and opportunities for client growth.

ABOUT YOU

- 3+ years' experience in an agency, account management, social media or content role.
- Strong understanding of social platforms, content production and digital marketing.
- Excellent organisation, communication and copywriting skills.
- Confident managing multiple clients and competing deadlines.
- Comfortable leading client meetings and managing relationships independently.
- A strong creative eye and genuine interest in food, hospitality, design and culture.
- Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working within a small, fast-moving team.
