About the Role

Tecside is looking for a driven Talent Specialist to join our growing Blue-Collar team in our Adelaide CBD office.

You’ll recruit across a diverse range of blue-collar industries, including construction, manufacturing, engineering, infrastructure and industrial, building strong client relationships and connecting quality candidates with the right opportunities.

This is a true 360 recruitment role where you’ll manage client relationships, source quality candidates, identify new business opportunities and grow your own portfolio. With an established client base and live vacancies to work on from day one, you’ll have the chance to make an immediate impact while building your own success.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development through to placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Source, screen and interview candidates for a variety of blue-collar roles
- Coordinate offers, onboarding and placement outcomes
- Develop existing accounts and identify new business opportunities




- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of quality candidates to meet client needs

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Recruitment, Labour Hire, Account Management, Business Development or Sales
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- A proactive, results-driven approach with a genuine desire to succeed
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A strong work ethic and the confidence to build lasting client and candidate relationships

Experience in Blue-Collar, Labour Hire, Industrial Recruitment or a similar environment will be highly regarded.
