I'm partnering with a highly regarded, independent corporate advisory firm in Sydney that specialises in valuations and independent expert work. They're looking for an Associate Director to join a small, senior team, working directly with partners on high-profile matters.
What you'll do:
- Lead valuation engagements for M&A;, independent expert reports, tax, financial reporting and disputes
- Build and review complex financial models and valuation analyses
- Manage client relationships, and guide and develop Managers and Analysts
- Help shape reports relied on by boards, investors and courts
What you'll bring:
- 8+ years in valuations or corporate finance (Big 4, boutique advisory or investment banking)
- CA, CFA or a relevant postgraduate qualification
- Strong technical modelling and a transparent, confident writing style
- The ability to run engagements and lead a team
