About The Role

wiqLabs builds the internal tools and products that power the wider wiq business, and we’re forming a new team to take that further. This is an AI-first engineering team. You’ll work with coding agents every day, steering them, challenging them and shipping quality work quickly. You’ll build tools that are used across the organisation, including CI/CD and deployment infrastructure and conversational analytics products. Because we deliver to the rest of the business, we keep a high bar for technical ability and independence, and we hire people who are already sharp with AI.

How will you make an impact?

- Build AI-enabled solutions: Design and deliver tools and products that teams across wiq rely on every day
- Work with coding agents daily: Use agents as a core part of how you build, and judge quickly whether they are heading in the right or wrong direction
- Shape a new team: Help define how Central AI Assets works, what it builds and how it grows
- Work across the stack: Apply your breadth across backend, frontend and cloud to solve problems end to end
- Share your knowledge:
