The Opportunity

Troocoo is partnering with a large, highly regulated Australian organisation to recruit two Procurement & Vendor Managers to join its technology procurement function. Supporting a broad range of technology categories, these roles offer the opportunity to work with senior business stakeholders, leading technology vendors and complex commercial arrangements within an established procurement environment.

With one role focused on Infrastructure and Technology Services, and the other supporting Software and SaaS categories, these positions are ideal for procurement professionals who enjoy combining strategic stakeholder engagement with hands-on sourcing, contract management and vendor governance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFPs, commercial evaluations and contract negotiations.
- Partner with business stakeholders to deliver commercial outcomes and ensure procurement is engaged early in strategic initiatives.
- Build and manage relationships with technology suppliers, driving performance, value and compliance.
- Support contract management, vendor governance and procurement administration activities across the technology portfolio.




- Collaborate across procurement categories and contribute to a high-performing team environment.

Skills & Experience

- Demonstrated experience in technology procurement, strategic sourcing and contract management.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage RFPs, supplier negotiations and complex contractual arrangements.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering effectively across technical and business teams.
- Experience working within a regulated, governance-focused or compliance-driven environment.
- Vendor management experience and exposure to outsourcing, cloud, software or infrastructure categories will be highly regarded.
