We're representing a well-established Queensland technology services business that has successfully evolved from a traditional hardware provider into a modern Managed Services, Cloud, Infrastructure and Cyber Security organisation. With over 40 years of success, a strong reputation in the market and ambitious growth plans, they are seeking a Technical Services & Presales Manager to lead and mature a critical business function.

This is a leadership role, not a hands-on engineering position.

You'll inherit a capable team of experienced Presales professionals and be responsible for bringing greater structure, visibility, accountability and collaboration across the presales lifecycle while strengthening the partnership between Sales and Solution Delivery.

What's the Opportunity?

Reporting directly into senior leadership, you'll lead a team of three experienced Presales Consultants and take ownership of:

- Team leadership, coaching and capability development
- Capacity planning and resource forecasting
- Presales governance and process improvement
- Stakeholder management across Sales, Delivery and Leadership
- Chance prioritisation and workload management
- Solution quality, risk management and handover readiness
- Continuous improvement initiatives that improve scalability and efficienc

You'll bring:

- Experience leading technical, consulting or customer-facing teams
- Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to influence across technical, operational and commercial stakeholders
- Experience improving processes, governance and operational maturity
- MSP, Professional Services, Systems Integrator or Technology Services experience.
