You also know what came with it. The quoting. The invoicing. Chasing payments. Keeping clients happy while keeping the site moving.

This role takes away the parts you don’t miss and keeps the part you are valuable at. Building.

We are a Sydney builder delivering construction and commercial fitouts from five million to fifty million dollars. Hotels, restaurants, quick service restaurants, offices, coworking spaces, wellness centres and gyms. We are a small team that delivers like a big one. We move fast and we finish to a very high standard.

We are hiring two Project Managers. You will typically run around two projects at a time, and report to a Construction Manager.



You will not need to deal with the client. Your focus is the build.

That means owning your subcontractors. Running design management with architects and consultants. Getting permits and council approvals across the line. Being on site and in the detail every day. You know what a high quality finish looks like, and you won’t sign off on anything less.
