About the role:

- Advise on front-end and back-end construction matters across a diverse range of projects.
- Assist with construction disputes, project advisory matters and the preparation and organisation of evidence.
- Manage day-to-day matters and contribute to client meetings.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with Partners and colleagues to deliver practical legal advice.
- Mentor junior team members and take on increasing responsibility for matters and clients.

The ideal candidate:

- Ideally, at least 5 years' post-admission experience in construction law.
- Strong commercial judgement, analytical ability and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing matters,



developing client relationships and mentoring junior colleagues.
- Full Australian working rights and a valid practising certificate.
