About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Head of Finance to lead our finance and administration functions. You will oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, accounting and compliance while providing strategic insights to support business growth and decision-making.

Working closely with senior management and key stakeholders, and reporting to the CEO, you will drive financial performance, improve operational efficiency and strengthen financial governance, while championing digital innovation and continuous improvement.

This role is 4 days in office, 1 day WFH.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
- Oversee accounting operations, financial controls, audits and statutory compliance.
- Manage tax obligations, banking relationships and cash flow.
- Provide financial analysis and commercial insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor budgets, project costs and financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Lead finance and administration teams, improving processes, systems and operational efficiency.
- Drive digital transformation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.




- Build robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Promote sustainable business practices and responsible resource management.

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, audit and tax compliance.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Experience in cost management, project financial oversight and process improvement.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in financial management systems, ERP platforms and digital reporting tools.
- A proactive approach to change management, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Desirable: Italian language / written skills

Qualifications

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline.
- CPA, CA or equivalent professional accounting qualification preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing finance and administration functions.
