What You’ll Do
- Win more tenders and strengthen our position in the market
- Coach your team to deliver accurate quotes, tenders and EOIs
- Write standout submissions for major projects
- Build strong relationships with customers and industry
- Manage risk through pre-tender reviews, contract reviews and post-project audits
- Manage pricing, product mix, margins and project costs
- Work with Operations to make the most of our supply chain
- Represent Boral at industry events
What You’ll Bring
- A track record as a results-driven sales leader
- Strong estimating, contract negotiation and project management skills
- Construction industry experience
- Sound commercial and financial judgement
- Experience managing risk
