As a firm prominent in the field of employment law with a diverse range of clients, including larger corporations, small and medium business owners and local government, we have a great opportunity for a technically skilled and commercially astute Lawyer to join our team.

You will participate in the full range of employment law issues including:

· General Protections Applications

· Unfair Dismissal Claims

· Workplace Investigations

· Sexual Harassment and Discriminations matters

· Regulatory and compliance and disciplinary proceedings

· Underpayment Claims

About you

You should have at least 2-3 years of successful experience as an Employment Lawyer and the qualities required to succeed including:

- Client focus with practical and commercial solutions orientation




- Strong relationship skills
- Business acumen with an interest and focus on the business of law including drive for financial and non-financial success
- Comfortable in both team-oriented and autonomous roles
- Work closely with business development professionals to assist client’s solve business critical issues and develop ongoing strategies
- Technical competence across the broader suite of employment law and IR business issues
