Your new role

Within this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for:

- Implementing and supporting Microsoft 365, Azure and hybrid infrastructure solutions.
- Delivering infrastructure, cloud, security and modern workplace projects.
- Configuring and troubleshooting network and security infrastructure.
- Assisting with cybersecurity initiatives, vulnerability remediation and security best practices.
- Acting as an escalation point for level 1 & 2 engineers.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have:





- Proven experience working in a Managed Service Provider.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Windows Server, Intune, Microsoft Defender and Networking.
- Experience with NinjaOne RMM and ConnectWise PSA is advantageous.
- Highly developed troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- A tertiary education in Information Technology, alongside Azure, Microsoft, Fortinet, Juniper, VMware and CompTIA Security+ certifications are beneficial.
- A current driver's licence and vehicle.
