The Role We’re seeking an experienced Dispatch Manager to oversee our busy dispatch area. You’ll lead a small team to ensure our trucks are loaded accurately and on schedule, working hands-on alongside staff to pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery. Key Responsibilities Supervise and mentor a team of dispatch and warehouse staff (5 total) Coordinate daily loading schedules to meet delivery deadlines Hands-on involvement in picking, packing, and loading finished,



powder-coated goods Maintain accurate dispatch records and paperwork Ensure compliance with workplace health & safety standards Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce errors Load Rigid and Semi Trucks for deliveries to branches Hands on management role Hours Monday to Friday: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm Every second Saturday (7am - 1pm OT) Key Requirements Proven experience managing dispatch or warehouse operations Hands-on experience with finished powder-coated goods preferred Strong leadership and team-management skills Excellent organisational and time-management abilities Forklift licence MUST High attention to detail and commitment to quality What We Offer Supportive team environment and on-the-job training Opportunities for growth opportunities Employee discounts on fencing and gate products #J-18808-Ljbffr
