22nd October, 2026

This is a unique chance to join our Sydney-based Health & Personal Injury investment team, supporting clients who are navigating deeply personal challenges. You'll work alongside a team of highly qualified advisers, helping people with empathy, care, and professionalism — not sales targets.

Whether you're a former adviser seeking a more meaningful path, or someone with paraplanning or client services experience ready to step into a client-facing role, this is your chance to make a real impact.

What you'll do:

- Support the delivery of tailored financial solutions for clients affected by health and personal injury
- Attend client meetings with our Relationship Managers, offering both technical expertise and emotional support
- Help develop investment strategies and portfolio reports aligned with fiduciary principles
- Collaborate with a warm, values-driven team of advisers who care deeply about doing what's right

Who you are:

You're someone who wants to make a genuine difference, not just provide advice. You may have stepped away from the industry because the highly competitive, sales-driven environment didn't align with your values. Now, you're looking for a role where empathy, integrity, and meaningful human connection are at the heart of everything you do.

What you'll need to succeed:

- FASEA Qualified (or meeting current Financial Adviser education and ethics standards)
- 2-4 years' experience in financial planning, paraplanning, or client services
- Strong knowledge of superannuation, social security, and aged care
- Emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills

- Confidence to make sound decisions and explain complex ideas simply
- A genuine desire to support people through life's most difficult transitions

What we can offer you:

- A warm, open and supportive culture
- An attractive remuneration package, including reward and recognition programs
- An employee wellness program, including discounted health insurance and an employee assistance program
- A workplace volunteering and giving program to enable you to help others in the community
- Discounted tax and estate planning services
- Great central CBD location, modern office fit-out and end-of-trip facilities.
