What’s on offer

- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (8:30am Mondays)

In this role, you’ll:
- Manage customer enquiries by phone and email
- Lodge and process claims
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Work with internal teams to deliver a great customer experience
About you
- Previous call centre or customer service experience
- Confident and empathetic communicator
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Microsoft Office skills
- Claims or distribution centre experience is a bonus
