We're now looking for a Centre Manager who shares our love for early childhood education and wants to be part of something special. Someone who loves having fun! Someone who has a cool vibe!

The essentials we're looking for...

-Diploma in Children's Services or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification (or higher).

-Previous experience working as a Centre Manager or Assistant Centre Manager (2IC) in an early childhood service.

-Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

-Solid knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF),



National Quality Standards (NQS) and Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.

-A strong understanding of compliance requirements and the day-to-day operations of a childcare service.

-Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build positive relationships with Educators, children and families.

-Strong computer literacy and confidence using childcare management systems, Microsoft Office and everyday administrative programs.

-Current and up-to-date GECCKO training.

-Current Working with Children Check.

-Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.

-Full working rights in Australia.
