About the Role

As a Property Manager,



you will deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants while managing a residential portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections

- Coordinating repairs and maintenance

- Managing lease renewals and rent reviews

- Building strong relationships with owners, renters and contractors

- Maintaining accurate records and legislative compliance

- Working closely with our supportive Property Management team

About You

You will be organised, proactive and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

You will also have:

- Excellent communication and time management skills

- Strong attention to detail

- The ability to prioritise in a fast-paced workplace

- A current Drivers Licence

- The ability to obtain a Property Representative Qualification
