- $148 -155K + Super + Salary Packaging
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Reporting to the CEO and Supporting the Clinical care team
- 2 GP's to mentor and support you, along with an on site physiotherapist
- The home is currently in the middle of a significant building project, which mean you'll have the opportunity to join at an exciting stage and help shape the future of care delivery.
Requirements:
- Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA.
- A commitment to delivering secure, high-quality, person-centred care.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic and care management skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively with GPs, nursing staff and allied health professionals.
- A genuine interest in supporting residents, families and the wider care team.
- Residential aged care experience is highly desirable. However,
the organisation is open to considering the right candidate, including a newly graduated Nurse Practitioner who is keen to develop their skills with appropriate mentoring and clinical support.
