Our client based in Osborne Park, seeks a Site Lead for their Commercial Roofing business. On offer is an ongoing permanent role.

About the role:
Leading a crew, the role will be responsible for the daily supervision and leadership on site, ensuring the works are completed in a timely manner with the quality and specifications required, all the while working in a secure manner

The role is the company's senior onsite presence on Tier 1 and Tier 2 builder projects.

Working under the direction of the Project Manager and with day to day support from the Project Operations, the Site Lead translates the construction program into daily site activity by coordinating crews, subcontractors, site access and the use of materials and plant on site.

The Site Lead is the day to day point of contact for the builder's site management team and is responsible for representing the company professionally on site, complying with all builder site rules, inductions and permit systems.

The role is heavily focused on safety leadership, particularly working at heights, along with crew productivity, workmanship quality, accurate site documentation and the early identification of variations, delays and site risks.

- Experience leading a team
- Experience with Commercial Roofing
- Clear concise communication skills
- Have a healthy regard for safety in the workplace




- The ability to prepare daily reports
- The ability to allocate resources and assist with quotations
- Monitor workmanship, compliance and program adherence
- Current Drivers Licence
