Duties:
- Manage fleet allocations for bulk.
- Monitor loads to ensure compliance with relevant legislative requirements.
- Ensure all allocations and dispatch operations are performed at the highest service level.
- Coordinate the flow of paperwork ensuring a high level of accuracy.
- Understanding client needs and be proactive in meeting current and future requirements.
Skills and Experience:
- Fleet allocating experience
- Previous experience in pick up / radio room
- Sound local knowledge of Perth and surrounding areas
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to problem solve with great attention to detail
- 100% commitment to deliver high customer service, every time
- Must possess a valid drivers license
- Forklift licence preferred, but not essential
- Possess a strong team and work ethic
- Willingness to complete a Drug & Alcohol test and Police Check
