- Food & Beverage / Waitstaff from $33.85/hr

- Boardroom Staff from $36.81/hr

- Barista from $36.81/hr

- Bartenders from $33.85/hr

GOT THE EXPERIENCE? WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!

We're looking for experienced hospitality professionals who know how to deliver valuable service and can hit the ground running.

Whether you're confident carrying three plates, mixing cocktails, making quality coffee or looking after corporate guests, we want to hear from you!

Experience we're looking for:

- Waitstaff: Previous restaurant, hotel, function or event service experience

- Bartenders: Experience preparing and serving drinks, with a current RSA

- Baristas: Confident using commercial coffee machines and preparing consistent coffees

- Boardroom Staff: Experience in corporate hospitality, food and beverage service or boardroom catering

- Senior Waiters & Supervisors: Proven experience handling service responsibilities and supporting or leading FOH operations

We're looking for people who are:

- Experienced, reliable and punctual





- Confident working at the level they're booked for

- Comfortable stepping into different venues and adapting quickly

- Able to follow service standards and venue-specific procedures

- Professional, well-presented and confident communicating with guests

- Comfortable working independently or alongside an onsite team

- Able to handle different service styles and busy periods

- Available to respond to casual shift opportunities

This isn't one FOH job at one venue. Different clients have different service styles, expectations and requirements.

One shift could be a corporate boardroom lunch, another a hotel function, restaurant service or a major stadium event.

You need to be comfortable walking into different venues, following instructions and delivering the standard expected of your role.

✅ COMPLIANCE — WHAT YOU'LL NEED

- Valid Australian working rights

- A current Police Check, or willingness to obtain one

- A current NSW RSA

- Relevant hospitality experience for the position you're applying for

- Ability to meet any additional site-specific compliance requirements

Don't have your Police Check yet? You can still apply! You'll need to obtain the required clearance before we can place you into applicable shifts.
