All Access Scaffold is seeking a driven Scaffold Hire Controller & Business Development Manager to help grow our scaffold division across Southeast Queensland.

This is more than a traditional hire controller position. You'll combine day-to-day hire coordination with business development, taking ownership of customer relationships, identifying current opportunities and driving sales.

Working directly with our Directors, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine contribution to the business while being rewarded for your performance.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be responsible for developing new business while ensuring customers receive reliable and responsive scaffold hire service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Business Development: Identify new opportunities, generate leads and secure new scaffold hire customers.

- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, builders and contractors.

- Hire Coordination: Manage customer enquiries, prepare quotes, follow up opportunities and coordinate scaffold hire requirements.

- Sales Performance: Work towards agreed sales targets and KPIs, identifying opportunities to increase revenue.

- Daily Planning: Manage your own schedule, prioritise tasks and make the most of each working day.





- Director Collaboration: Work closely with the Directors on daily priorities, customer requirements and business growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who can build relationships, win business and confidently manage their day without constant supervision.

You'll bring:

- Experience in sales, business development, hire coordination or account management

- The confidence to approach potential customers and turn opportunities into business

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own daily workload

- Good computer skills, including confidence with email, quoting and business systems

- A qualified, presentable manner when dealing with customers

- The ability to communicate effectively with clients, suppliers and internal teams

- A results-driven approach with a focus on customer service and business growth

Highly Regarded:

- Experience in scaffolding, equipment hire or the construction industry

- An existing understanding of construction industry customers and hire processes
