Shift:

- Day shifts are available from 6:00am–4:15pm, 7:00am–5:15pm, or 7:30am–5:45pm.

- Employees will work four shifts per week, scheduled between Monday and Saturday, with flexibility on days and potential for overtime.

Payrates:

- Food, Beverage and Tobacco Manufacturing Award 2020 [MA000073]

- Starting base ordinary hours pay rates for casuals are $32.18 and $33.05 per hour, based on skills and experience, with progression linked to performance and role development.

Skills and Experience:

- Experience in Food Production: Previous experience in crumbing, cooking, packing, or sealing is highly regarded.

- Understanding of Food Hygiene: Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices to ensure the highest quality of our products.

- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required. Additional language skills in Mandarin or Cantonese are a plus, reflecting our diverse workplace and client base.

- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.

Your role:

- Working in a Cool Environment: Our processing area is maintained between 4-10 degrees to ensure product quality, requiring comfort and resilience in cooler working conditions.

- Heavy Lifting: This role involves lifting items weighing 15kg or more, highlighting the need for physical fitness and safety awareness.

- Standing for Long Periods: Your role will mostly be on your feet, requiring energy and endurance throughout the workday.
