About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and solutions‑focused Discharge Specialist to join our Operations team. In this role, you will support our lender clients by preparing discharge documents, coordinating settlements, and ensuring a high standard of service across all touchpoints.

This position would suit someone with experience in settlements, banking and finance, property, or related legal administrative work. If you enjoy problem‑solving, working in a fast‑paced environment, and managing complex information with accuracy, we would love to hear from you.

About you

You are organised, detail‑focused, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. With at least one year of experience in settlements or a related administrative field, you understand the discharge or settlement process and can confidently work with documentation and lender instructions. You enjoy structured, process‑driven work and take satisfaction in completing accurate, high‑volume data entry as part of delivering a smooth and reliable service. You communicate clearly, build positive working relationships,



and bring a proactive, professional attitude. Experience with loan documentation, property settlements, title work, or PEXA is highly regarded.
