Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Guest Activities and Touring Supervisor to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

We are seeking an experienced Touring Supervisor who is passionate about culture and environment to join our Guest Activities team. This Supervisor role will assist in the daily running in arranging the continual flow of advertised guest activity programs, departmental operations, touring, assisting asset maintenance and principally incorporating Indigenous elements. Guest activities must appeal to a wide range of markets, including adults, families, international guests and speciality groups.

Key Duties

- Support the daily operation of Guest Activities, Touring and Tourist Information Centre services across Ayers Rock Resort
- Continued support of the Indigenous Trainees within the department
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, WHS requirements and company standards across all touring and activity operations
- Set an example of professional behaviours, including presentation and conduct, for all team member to follow.
- To liaise with various Resort departments to achieve an organised and cohesive approach towards daily operations
