We're on the hunt for a passionate Barista to join the crew at Ritual Espresso.
Coffee is at the heart of what we do, and we're looking for someone who genuinely loves creating memorable coffee moments for guests — from the first pour to the final smile across the bench.

What we're looking for
• Experience as a barista in a fast-paced café environment
• Minimum 1-2 years of barista experience required
• Confidence dialling in coffee, pouring latte art, and keeping quality consistent under pressure
• Robust work ethic with great attention to detail
• A team player with a friendly, positive vibe
• Reliable and available for weekday and weekend shifts during our busy periods
• Availability for at least one weekend day minimum required
• Australian citizenship required for this position
What you'll get
• Steady hours in a supportive,
quality-driven café environment
• A spot in a fun, close-knit team that genuinely loves coffee
• Training and growth opportunities as the Ritual Espresso brand continues to grow
• Staff perks (because great coffee should always be within reach)
• A chance to be part of one of Bayside's go-to espresso bars
