As Centre Director (Nominated Supervisor), you will be the driving force behind a service where children feel valued, families feel connected, and educators feel supported to thrive. - Lead, mentor, and develop a passionate team of educators
- Build strong partnerships with Oberthur Primary School and the wider community
- Foster genuine connections with children and families
- Communicate with confidence, warmth, and professionalism
- Drive service excellence and a culture of continuous improvement
- Support a positive, inclusive, and child-centred environment
- Ensure compliance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations
- Help shape the future vision and ongoing success of LOSCCI

About you

- Previous leadership experience within OSHC, education, or early childhood settings
- Experience as, or the ability to be appointed as, a Nominated Supervisor
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive, professional, and solution-focused approach
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Confidence to make informed decisions and lead with integrity
- The ability to inspire, motivate, and support a team
- A solid understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF),



National Quality Standard (NQS), and Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations
- A genuine commitment to creating environments where children can grow, connect, and belong
- Relevant Early Childhood Education and Care or Outside School Hours Care qualification
- Current Working with Children Check (WA)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Eligibility to undertake the responsibilities of Nominated Supervisor
