The Opportunity

As Coordinator, you'll be trusted to lead the day-to-day running of your service while creating an environment where children, families and educators thrive. This isn't a role where you're left to figure things out alone. You'll have support from experienced Regional Managers,



a dedicated state team and a national organisation that genuinely invests in its people.

On a day to day / week to week you will;

- Lead, mentor and develop a team of Educators
- Build solid relationships with families, schools and the local community
- Create engaging programs that children genuinely want to be part of
- Oversee service operations, compliance and administration
- Drive a positive culture where both children and educators can thrive
