About SERV
For over 160 years, Victoria’s property transactions have relied on trusted access to secure, accurate information. Today, SERV and LANDATA® deliver this through a unified system – working together to support stronger systems, smarter decisions, and lasting public value. Operating one of Australia’s largest land registries and powering Victoria's online land title and property information service, we protect the integrity of critical data while delivering the services and products that enable more than four million certificates and one million property transactions every year across the state. We support businesses, professionals and the public with digital-first services that are fast, secure and reliable. Driven by people who care, we’re evolving Victoria’s land and property information system to meet the needs of today – while creating the foundation for a stronger, more connected property ecosystem for generations to come.

The role’s key responsibilities

You’ll be part of a collaborative team that plays an important role in delivering accurate,

timely property information to our customers.

On any given day, your key responsibilities include:

- Complete and upload certificates, meeting relevant standards and regulations and customer expectations.
- Monitor and triage certificate-related emails and cases to ensure timely resolution.
- Run regular reports and prepare correspondence.
- Support property information brokers and resolve Property Sales Valuation (PSV) errors to meet state requirements, including quarterly PSV reporting.
- Collaborate with the LANDATA Customer Services team to streamline service delivery, eliminate double handling and provide a superior customer experience.
- Lodge applications online with relevant authorities and Owners Corporations to progress Property Information requests.

You’ll thrive in this role if…
You bring prior experience in property information, along with knowledge of land information systems and related statutory processes.

If you don’t have direct property information experience, relevant experience, competencies and attributes that support this role include:

- Experience in administration, data processing or a similar role where accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing tasks, meet deadlines and maintain quality during busy periods.

- Confidence using business systems and software for data entry, document management, reporting and correspondence.
- A strong customer-service mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, customers and external stakeholders.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to respond to queries and explain information accurately.
- Initiative and sound problem-solving skills, with the ability to follow procedures, identify issues and seek guidance when needed.
- An interest in the land and property sector; relevant industry experience or qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
