We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic person to join our Welshpool branch in a full-time Storeperson / Customer Service role.

This is a varied, hands-on position involving warehouse operations, order processing, dispatch and customer support. You'll work closely with our Western Australia Manager and the wider team to help ensure our customers receive the right products, on time.

Previous experience is welcome but not essential. We're happy to provide training to someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn.

About the Role

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently.

- Receiving incoming goods and checking deliveries for accuracy and quality.

- Processing stock movements, receipts and dispatches using our computer systems.

- Organising freight and liaising with couriers and transport providers.

- Maintaining accurate stock records and assisting with regular stocktakes.

- Supplying materials to our production team and helping meet manufacturing deadlines.

- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse.

- Assisting with customer enquiries by phone and email when required.





- Supporting other general warehouse and branch activities as needed.

- The ability to safely perform the physical and manual handling tasks associated with warehouse work.

Previous experience in warehousing, stores, dispatch or customer service would be an advantage, but is not required. Full training will be provided to the right person.
