We need YOU for an immediate start on a FIFO 3 months contract (with the possibility for extension) at our regional hospital and Age Care
Your Role:
Utilise your culinary skills within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality services to residents in regional aged care facilities. This is a unique prospect to take up an exciting position with a leading healthcare provider!
Locations: Geraldton and Carnarvon

Your responsibilities include:
- Assisting patients with performing basic tasks such as eating, dressing and toileting when necessary
- Provide mobility services which include patient transfer via wheelchair, patient trolley or bed
- Work with the hospital food services department to provide patient meal delivery service
- Engage in housekeeping tasks such as replacing linens on beds, cleaning patient rooms and removing and replacing trash bags
- Cleaning using hospital strength cleaning agents required to meet hospital infection control standards
- Required to work shift work
- Ability to work autonomously and within a multi-disciplinary team
The ideal candidate will have:
- Certificate III or Equivalent qualifications.
- 6 months of experience required.
- National Police Clearance
- Working with Children card
- NDIS Screen Check
- Current Manual Handling Certificate.
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations and current Influenza vaccination.
- Criminal Screen check
- Must have all immunizations/serology records: Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella & Pertussis
