We are currently seeking maintenance gardeners with prior experience in leading a small team to join our depot in the North-West and South-East Melbourne.

The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining the landscape of newly constructed parks, streetscapes, wetlands and estate developments.

Key Responsibilities

- Undertake Landscape rectification / defect works during the maintenance period

- Organise and manage daily works for all projects, lead and motivate a small team





- Hands-on landscape maintenance on various projects including soft & hard works

- Ability to deliver small project works on-time and on budget

- Strong commitment to protected work practices, OHS policies and procedures

What You’ll Bring

- Experience leading a crew in commercial landscape construction or maintenance

- Must be well organised with a strong attention to detail

- Proven experience in both soft & hard commercial landscaping & maintenance

- Positive attitude & strong work ethic

- Current Victorian Driver’s License

- White Card (Construction Induction)

- Certificate in Parks & Gardens (highly regarded but not essential)
