We have a variety of shifts available, including breakfast, evening and weekend services, with employment options to suit different lifestyles and commitments.

What We Are Looking For

Above all, we are looking for personality, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for people!

- A genuine love of hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
- A warm, engaging personality with confidence in communicating with guests
- Previous food and beverage service experience, ideally within a quality hospitality environment
- A current and valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- A skilled presentation and natural attention to detail
- A positive, flexible approach and willingness to support colleagues
- Confidence working in a busy, guest-focused environment
- Availability across breakfast and/or dinner services, including weekends




- A willingness to learn, grow and contribute to an exciting new hotel opening
