ABOUT THE ROLE

As 2IC, you’ll partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, lead from the front and build a high-performing, team-first culture. You’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, developing your team and achieving outstanding store results.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Creating a sales-driven culture through daily coaching, motivation and support.

- Driving sales performance and ensuring KPIs are achieved, with a strong focus on the customer journey.

- Analysing sales reports to identify opportunities and develop action plans to improve performance.

- Executing visual merchandising and promotional activities in line with business directives.

- Providing stock feedback and managing inventory to maximise store performance.

- Supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store and leading the team to success.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re looking for an experienced retail leader who brings commercial thinking, a passion for people and a proven ability to drive sales. Previous experience as a Retail Supervisor, 2IC or Assistant Manager is essential. You’ll be confident leading a team, coaching others and delivering results in a busy retail environment.

You will have:

- Previous retail leadership experience in a similar role.

- The ability to lead by example, motivate a team and create a positive store culture.

- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and contributing to store profitability.

- A passion for the surf lifestyle,



our brands and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine relationships with customers and team members.

- Commercial awareness, a proactive mindset and a desire to keep learning and growing your retail career.

- The flexibility to work a Sunday to Thursday roster, with Fridays and Saturdays off.
