The Role:

As a Senior Manager within a close-knit, high-performing Business Advisory team, you'll play a pivotal role in both client delivery and team leadership. You'll manage a diverse portfolio of clients, provide strategic advice, mentor junior staff, and build trusted relationships that drive long-term success for both your clients and the firm.

Duties:

- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across industries including agribusiness, professional sport, not-for-profits, technology, hospitality, and consumer products
- Review and oversee the work of junior team members, providing ongoing coaching, mentorship, and technical guidance
- Deliver proactive tax planning, business advisory, and strategic consulting services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted adviser and key point of contact
- Identify opportunities to add value, helping clients achieve their commercial and financial objectives




- Support the continued growth and development of the team through leadership and collaboration

About you:

- CA or CPA qualified (or overseas equivalent)
- 6+ years' experience within Australian public practice accounting
- Strong technical expertise across taxation, business advisory, and compliance services
- Experience using cloud-based accounting platforms such as Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
- A genuine passion for client service, mentoring others, and progressing your career into senior leadership
