Sydney
Shoot it. Cut it. Make Sydney look as good as it is.
Our new flagship Sydney campus is full of actors, filmmakers, animators, designers and musicians making work every day — and we need someone on the ground to capture it. We’re looking for a Graphics & Video Specialist who can turn campus life into scroll-stopping content, quick.
The role
Based in Sydney and reporting to the Sydney Marketing Manager, you’ll be our in-house creative for the Sydney launch. You’ll film and edit video, design for digital and print, and shoot photography across campus, events and activations — producing a high volume of content for social, recruitment, paid campaigns and the website.
It’s a hands-on production role for someone who loves variety and moves quickly. You’ll work with our Events & Engagement Specialist, Content Manager and the wider marketing team, and help supervise student content creators on paid content sprints.
Day to day, you'll:
· Film and edit long- and short-form video across the Sydney campus, events and activations
· Produce multi-discipline student stories, hype reels and recruitment videos
· Design social tiles, ads, posters, signage, email graphics and launch collateral, including the prospectus and partner and school packs
· Capture and edit photography of students, staff, campus life and events
· Create ad variations and web assets in the right specs for our paid media and SEO specialists
· Help brief and supervise student content creators, and edit their footage for publishing
· Keep an organised Sydney asset library and share footage and templates with our Melbourne creative team
What we're looking for
You’ve got a portfolio that shows you can shoot, cut and design,
and you’re happy switching between all three in a day. You care about craft, know your platform specs, and can deliver volume without losing quality.
Essential:
· Portfolio demonstrating capability across graphic design, video production and photography
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro and Illustrator
· Experience designing for digital and print, including preparing artwork for print
· Experience capturing and editing video for social media, websites and campaigns
· Ability to work at pace and deliver a high volume of content with fast turnaround
· Strong visual storytelling instincts and a clear eye for composition, colour and brand
· Understanding of platform formats, ratios and optimisation for short-form content
· Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple briefs at once
Desirable:
· Experience with Adobe After Effects or motion graphics
· Existing networks in Sydney’s creative and production community
· Background in education, creative industries or a brand-led marketing environment
· Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain one)
· Experience in a fast-paced in-house creative team
