Client Liaison
Wangara | $80,000 + Super

Join an established residential building group and play a key role in delivering a positive client experience from pre-construction through to handover.

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Client Liaison to join a well-regarded residential builder based in Wangara.

Working across a portfolio of approximately 100-150 clients, you’ll be responsible for keeping homeowners informed, managing expectations and ensuring communication runs smoothly throughout the building process. You’ll work closely with construction, drafting, estimating and administration teams to help deliver a seamless experience for clients.

The Role

- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the building journey, from pre-construction to handover.
- Keep clients informed of construction progress, scheduling, variations and upcoming milestones.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and internal departments to obtain updates and resolve queries.
- Manage client expectations and address concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate client records and project updates using ClickHome and Constructive.
- Ensure clients receive consistent communication and a high standard of service throughout the process.





What You'll Bring

- At least 3 years' experience in Client Liaison or a similar position with a residential building main contractor.
- A sound understanding of the WA residential construction process.
- Familiarity with ClickHome, Constructive or comparable CRM and building management systems.
- Excellent organisation and the ability to manage a high-volume client portfolio.
- Eligibility: Applicants must be Australian permanent residents with unrestricted working rights.
