The stores are highly customer-focused, fast-paced and experience-led, so this opportunity will suit a Store Manager who understands both commercial retail performance and the importance of service, theatre and creating a memorable in-store experience.

You’ll be joining an established international business with strong brand recognition, structured support and a genuine focus on people development.

Job Overview:

As Store Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the day-to-day performance of the Harbour Town store, leading from the front and creating an environment where both customers and team members want to be.

You’ll be responsible for driving sales and KPIs, developing your team and maintaining exceptional operational and service standards.

This isn’t a role for someone who wants to manage from the back office. You’ll be visible on the floor, coaching your team, engaging with customers and making sure the store consistently delivers the experience expected from a premium global brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the overall commercial and operational performance of the Harbour Town store.
- Drive sales, KPIs, conversion and customer experience outcomes.
- Coach, develop and motivate a high-performing store team.
- Create an engaging service environment with a strong focus on customer connection and experience.
- Manage rostering, wage control and day-to-day store operations.




- Maintain exceptional visual, presentation and brand standards.
- Oversee stock management, inventory accuracy and loss prevention.
- Recruit, onboard and develop team members.
- Work closely with the wider retail leadership team to identify opportunities and improve store performance.
- Lead from the floor and maintain a hands-on presence during key trading periods.

About You:

- Previous Store Manager experience within retail, hospitality or another customer-led environment.
- Strong people leadership skills with a genuine passion for coaching and developing teams.
- Commercially minded and confident working with sales targets, KPIs and store performance.
- A strong understanding of premium customer service and how to create memorable experiences.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-footfall environment.
- Hands-on, energetic and confident leading from the front.
- Robust organisation, rostering and operational management skills.
- Experience across both retail and hospitality would be highly regarded.
- Experience within premium retail, food retail, fashion, beauty, specialty or experiential retail would also translate well.
