About the Role

Are you passionate about making a genuine difference in the lives of older Australians? Toowoomba Aged Care is seeking compassionate and reliable Casual Personal Care Workers to join our dedicated team and support residents to live with dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

What You Will Be Doing?

In this rewarding role, you will support residents with their daily needs, including:

- Assisting with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meals
- Supporting residents’ emotional wellbeing and meaningful social engagement
- Maintaining residents’ dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times
- Contributing to a safe, welcoming, and homelike environment
- Observing and reporting changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff

What will You Bring?

We are looking for team members who are caring, dependable, and aligned with our values, with flexibility to support day, afternoon and night shifts if needed.

You will ideally have:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Australian work rights (sponsorship not available)




- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, resident-focused approach
