As part of our team, you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding customer experience and supporting the successful launch of our newest flagship store.

About the Role

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you'll play an important role in creating a positive shopping experience for travellers. You'll assist customers in finding the right luggage, backpacks and travel accessories while maintaining high visual merchandising and store presentation standards.

Typical duties include:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

- Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on features and benefits.

- Actively listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.





- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

- Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

- Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and objectives.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

- The ability to communicate closely with managers and safely move/handle stock.

- Flexible working hours. Must be willing to work weekends and some weekday availabilities.

- Experience within retail.

- A desire to achieve sales targets.

- You should enjoy customer service as much as making sales.
