We're looking for a Business Analyst to lead a significant business transformation initiative that will shape how our Business Advisory teams operate into the future.

This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible role where you'll work directly with senior leaders to simplify processes, improve efficiency, drive consistency and help prepare the business for the next generation of technology, automation and AI.

This is a 12-month fixed-term role, with the potential to transition to a permanent position.

What you'll do

- Uncover opportunities to improve the way work gets done
- Analyse and redesign business processes
- Lead workshops and engage stakeholders across the business
- Develop practical solutions that deliver measurable results
- Drive change and support successful adoption
- Identify opportunities for automation and technology enablement
- Contribute to major transformation and continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

- Experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, Process Improvement Specialist, Operations Analyst or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills




- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Experience mapping processes and delivering improvement initiatives
- A curious, cutting-edge mindset and passion for continuous improvement
- Exposure to professional services, financial services, consulting or similar environments will be highly regarded
