Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Roster: Rotating shifts between 6:30 am and 6:30 pm

What you’ll bring to our team

- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or an accepted equivalent qualification).

- Strong experience working in an early childhood education and care setting.

- A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing.

- Confidence in planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences.

- A sound understanding of the National Quality Framework, child safety and safeguarding responsibilities.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with children, families and colleagues.

- A collaborative, proactive approach and a commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment.

- Flexibility to work a rotating roster between 6:30 am and 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Please note: Applicants must already hold the required Diploma qualification.



Candidates who are currently working towards the qualification will not be considered for this position.
