BOWERBIRD is a founder-led interiors business spanning Property Styling, Residential & Commercial Interior Design and FF&E.; We work across homes, developments and commercial spaces, combining beautiful design with the ability to deliver at scale.
Main Responsibilities:
No two days will look exactly the same. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling and publishing content across social, emails and the website.
- Logistics and execution of events, activations and brand hosting.
- Management of marketing assets, photoshoots, reporting, and day-to-day coordination.

This role is suited to a hands-on marketer with a couple of years of experience who is ready for real ownership rather than task work. You have run content calendars, sent emails, managed shoots and kept projects and channels moving. You will be the execution function of our marketing team, helping turn plans into work that actually goes live.
We move at pace in a founder-led environment, so this role will suit someone curious, genuinely ambitious and excited by the opportunity to grow quickly. You'll work closely with our Head of Marketing and have the chance to make a visible impact across a growing business.
Requirements:
You bring:
- 2-4 years of experience in a hands-on marketing role.
- Experience across content, socials, emails, invoicing, and stakeholder management.
- Strong digital skill set and a genuine interest in content creation and social trends.
- An outgoing nature and confidence representing BOWERBIRD at events.
- A genuine interest in design and interiors.
This role is full time and on-site in Caringbah, NSW 2229. We're a small team and value in-person collaboration so we can move quickly and stay close to our work.
