About the role

An exciting opportunity is available for an accomplished Operations Manager – Home Care to join a well-established organisation based in Perth. This position is ideal for a motivated and strategic leader with a background in aged care or community services who can drive operational excellence, develop strong teams and deliver high-quality, person-centred care across regional services.

Key responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations, performance and delivery of regional Home Care services.

- Provide leadership, guidance and support to Team Leads, Scheduling Supervisors and Centre Coordinators.

- Coordinate workforce planning, staff allocation and scheduling to maintain efficient service delivery.

- Manage budgets, assess operational outcomes, identify risks and maintain service quality.

- Ensure compliance with aged care quality standards, relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and contractual agreements.

- Respond to escalated complaints, incidents and complex client issues with professionalism and care.

- Drive continuous improvement through quality initiatives, audits and comprehensive operational reporting.

- Contribute to business development strategies and support the expansion of Home Care services.

- Mentor and develop employees, facilitate performance reviews and promote ongoing professional growth.

- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with clients, families, government bodies and external service providers.

About you

- Extensive experience managing large teams within aged care, community services or a comparable sector.





- A sound understanding of aged care quality, compliance and safety requirements.

- A demonstrated track record of building effective teams and delivering strong operational results.

- Well-developed strategic, analytical and project management capabilities.

- Experience in workforce planning, organisational change and stakeholder relationship management.

- Strong commercial acumen, including financial oversight and budget management.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

- A genuine commitment to person-centred care, service improvement and employee development.

- Tertiary qualifications in business, management, health, community services or a related discipline (highly desirable).

- A current driver's licence and a National Police Clearance issued within the past six months.
