THE OPPORTUNITY

As an OXFORD Retail Sales Ambassador, you will play a key role in driving store performance, building customer relationships and delivering a personalised shopping experience that keeps customers coming back.

We want individuals who are proactive, commercially focused and genuinely excited about selling fashion.





You will be part of a supportive team where your performance, initiative and passion for retail are recognised and valued.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Proven retail sales experience, ideally within fashion, premium retail, lifestyle, accessories or other customer-focused environments.

- A strong sales mentality with a passion for achieving and exceeding individual and store targets.

- Confidence in approaching customers, building rapport and converting opportunities into sales.

- A natural ability to style customers, recommend complete outfits and maximise every sales opportunity.

- Strong product knowledge and the ability to communicate features, benefits and styling options.

- A genuine passion for fashion, personal presentation and current trends.

- A positive, energetic and proactive attitude with a strong team spirit.

- A commitment to exceptional customer service and building lasting customer relationships.

- Flexibility to work across retail trading hours, including weekends and peak periods.

We are particularly interested in experienced sales professionals who know how to turn great customer service into outstanding sales results.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer experiences.

- Drive sales, conversion and individual and store KPIs.

- Build customer confidence through styling advice and product recommendations.





- Maximise sales opportunities through effective upselling, cross-selling and complete outfit solutions.

- Develop strong product knowledge across our men's and women's collections.

- Maintain exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising standards.

- Support stock replenishment and daily store operations.

- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve outstanding commercial results.
