About the Role:

Are you a creative and commercially minded Marketing Leader who loves bringing brands to life, developing impactful campaigns and creating memorable hospitality experiences?

This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of restaurants and venues, delivering creative marketing campaigns, brand activations and initiatives that drive awareness, guest engagement and visitation.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong organisational management, creative thinking, commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple brands and priorities.

What You'll Do:

- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, promotions and activations aligned with brand and commercial objectives.

- Manage the R&B; marketing calendar, coordinating campaigns across digital, social, email, websites and other relevant channels.

- Manage campaign briefs, timelines, budgets and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.

- Coordinate the development of engaging content, creative assets and digital communications.

- Ensure venue websites, digital listings and promotional materials remain accurate, relevant and up to date.

- Analyse guest insights, competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and optimise marketing effectiveness.

- Build strong relationships with leadership,



venue teams and key stakeholders to align marketing activity with operational and commercial priorities.

About you:

- You will have 6 years plus experience as a seasoned marketing professional with experience in a strategic or group-level role. Exposure to Hospitality and premium brands advantageous

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, CRM and Content development, multi brand marketing

- A leader who knows how to inspire and guide brand managers

- Highly commercial, with a proven track record of aligning marketing output with sales goals.

- An excellent communicator who can bridge the gap between executive directors and creative marketing teams.

- Relevant qualifications in marketing and communication are desirable.
